At RE/MAX Palmetto Properties we strive to offer our agents every tool necessary to help make their jobs as easy as possible.  Our Agent Care Center has almost everything that is used on a daily business in one place.  With a simple click of a button you can access Paragon, Realtor.com, MyrtleBeachOnLine.com, Extranet, MainStreet, ZipForms, RE/MAX.com, Contact BIC, Join RE/MAX and PHH Resource Center.  Our Resource box offers links to Horry County Government, REIS, Attorney's, Lenders, SCAR, NAR, CCAR, SCLLR, Active Key, Company Websites and Recruiting. 

Our MainStreet link enables the agents to access LeadStreet, our lead generation system, the Design Center, which allows the agents to design marketing materials such as postcards, flyers, newsletters and much more, RE/MAX University, which gives them a list of all the classes, designations, seminars, etc. that can be accessed on line or thru RSN from the convenience of your home or office, the Resource Center which gives them acces to a library of RE/MAX resources, RE/MAX Times on line, which allows you to read our RE/MAX Times newspaper on line, Affiliate and Referral links which allows the agents to find a RE/MAX agent for your transferring clients and send the referral on line via our referral network system.  You can keep up with your referrals thru MainStreet as well.  With RE/MAX, you do strictly agent to agent referrals at 25%.  Everything is above board and the same. 

Our Extranet system houses our showing desk and feedback center which is accessible to the agents, Office News center, Events Calendar, New Listings board, Open Houses board, Office Links and a Contact Management Center.  It also allows the agents to see their account in the accounting system such as their commissions, pending contracts, anything due, etc. 

The PHH Resource Center gives our agents access to the mortgage company resources to use as they need.  The agents can create flyers, etc. with the mortgage information and rates for open houses, etc.  There are also many other resources available here. 

RE/MAX.com is our national website and offers a variety of resources for agents and customers.  It is a great site and it extremely user friendly. 

Realtor.com link that connects the agents directly to Realtor.com and the login page.

Zip Forms, gives the agents access to all of the state forms, such as contracts, listing contracts and all state approved forms. 

MyrtleBeachOnLine.com links to The Sun News on line and to our Broker package with the Sun News in which we receive leads from as well as our many websites.  This gives added exposure for our listings.
